- OOLONG TEA: With origins in Taiwan and southeast China, the best oolong tea is produced when tea leaves are oxidized in direct sunlight until they give off a precise and pleasant fragrance — somewhere between apples, orchids and peaches. This delightful, hand-processed, green oolong is grown in the Fujian Province in China.
- STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS: Fill your kettle with fresh, filtered water and heat to just short of boiling. Place one teaspoon of leaves per 6 oz water into your pot or infusing basket.
