A 3.5 to 1 gear drive means that this OX chalk reel is 3.5 x faster to rewind that most chalk reels. The handle is reinforced to withstand drops and rugged rewinding. The handle has a push button stop mechanism to keep the string tight. The housing has rubber over mold for comfort and durability. OX – live the trade!
