- The Thermal Grizzly KryoSheet is a high-performance graphene thermal pad, measuring 25 x 25 x 0.2 mm, designed as an excellent alternative to traditional thermal pastes. This innovative pad features an adaptive surface with very high thermal conductivity, surpassing that of Carbonaut pads. Its unique manufacturing process ensures it contains no liquid components, which eliminates the common aging and drying out issues associated with conventional thermal compounds. Capable of operating within a wide temperature range from -250 °C to +150 °C, it provides reliable thermal transfer. Please note that KryoSheet is electrically conductive, so care must be taken to avoid contact with transistors or transformers during installation.
