The kit fits A904, A727 (36RH), A904; A727 (30RH); these are torque flite 6 transmissions, and not compatible with the 46RH torque flite 8 transmission. This kit is also not a solution if the transmission does not go into drive, 1, or 2 on a 97 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. However, the kit is helpful for plow snow with a 1999 Dodge Ram and has been reported to improve the performance of the transmission.
