It has a large volume and is much easier to use than other pumps available in the market. Customers appreciate that it can also fit the EDC tool inside the pump if desired. However, there are some issues with the pump handle not being kept in place with the seal, bouncing around like a pogo, and leaving a bad taste with buyers. The pump comes with a mount that fits under a water bottle cage, but the flimsy elastic strap used to secure it in place is weak and breaks easily, leaving the pump to be carried in a backpack instead of having it accessible. Some customers found it hard to figure out how to use CO2 with it as there were no instructions available. Despite these issues, customers are generally happy with the product's quality and effectiveness. **
