    répondre: This item is garbage, do not waste your money.

    répondre: They do make a NIST traceable variant. Having the traceable model will provide appropriate certificates and is valid for 1 year.
  • question: Can I leave this unit inside a freer for long periods of time? About a month? Does anybody know how long a battery last for this unit?

    répondre: Actually, I left it in a freezer for one week and it was not affected, but the battery may weaken because of the low temperature.
  • question: How do you turn it on? I inserted the battery and the LEDs alternately flashed, but now nothing and I cannot connect to it using USB on PC.

    répondre: Once you install the battery, it is on. To connect it to the PC via USB, you have to install the monitoring software that comes on the small disc - I believe it will installs the necessary drivers. After you download the data from the device, you press the red/orange button to reset and start recording again.

    répondre: It can be reset as much as you want, mainly after finishing measurements and downloading data from it.

    répondre: Hello, the manufacturer confirmed that you are not able to set the time and collect data, without the Windows-based application.
