répondre: There are apparently two versions of this faucet - an older one with a black controller, and a newer one with a gray controller and a water temp dial on it. Instructions for disabling the sensors are different for each version.
question: Why doesn't the ready sensor turn on when my hand is directly under the faucet?

répondre: You may need to reset the faucet. Disconnect the power, wait for a minute, ensure there is no obstruction in front of the LED, and then reconnect the power. The sensor should start operating correctly after the reset.

répondre: No, when mounted it is 15.75 inches tall from bottom to top.
question: Does this have the widespread faucet configuration?

répondre: Yes, it can be installed in a quartz countertop without any issues. The countertop should be at least 1.5 inches thick.

The product comes with a cover plate, which measures 10-1/4’’ long x 2-3/8’’ wide, and can be installed in a sink with three holes. However, installation may require some patience and fiddling, and the flow is always at maximum when using the sensor. Also, the product is constructed with plastic, which does not justify its price, and the low flow to high flow button breaks easily.
