Some customers received broken products, but they were well packed. One customer's egg cracker was missing from the package, and another user found it hard to use the piercer for soft boiled eggs. Despite this, several customers praised the product as cute, functional, and exactly what they wanted. One customer praised its ease of use, but found the spoons too short for their liking.
