It was praised for its ease of installation, great control and smooth operation. Although, some customers stated that this particular product was missing pieces upon arrival and there were leaks which persisted after multiple replacements. The handles are made of metal, and it includes the cartridges. However, the sleeve supplied feels cheap. This product is compatible with the U362 series valve body which allows for two independent functions and a shared function.
