    répondre: I have not use this pan for that purpose.

    répondre: Sides are completely vertical with the 1/2 inch flange at the top. Best pan I have ever used for lasagna and all kinds of baked goodies. I had one and the one I ordered was for my daughter who saw mine.

    répondre: It's not super heavy but I get great results and sharp corners. I highly recommend this pan! And I am a Wilton instructor and friends and family baker.

    répondre: I have no idea how to measure the thickness. It feels heavy enough for a cake pan.
