This Presto pressure canner/cooker has limitations of the size of jars that can be used for water bath processing, but can safely process 12 half-pint, 10 pints, or 7 quart regular jars or 8 half-pint, 8 pint, or 7 quart wide mouth jars. The canner comes with a bottom rack, canning instructions, and recipes, and is equipped with a three-piece pressure regulator that can maintain the correct pressure in the canner at 5, 10, or 15 pounds. The canner has an inside diameter of approximately 12 1/4" and is approximately 11.8 inches deep. This product is a great value for overstock for some customers.
