Answer: YES. This 5C collet chuck is designed to hold ER-32 Collets and thus does not have the internal threading used in a normal 5C collet to enable a work stop. -

Answer: No, ER-32 collets also do not have internal threading. -
Question:
How do I secure the collet in the nut with this collet chuck?
Answer: With all ER collet chucks, the collet must be snapped into the nut before placing it into the chuck. There is an eccentric ring inside the nut that engages the groove in the collet. Tilt the collet again to remove it from the nut. -
